If it is purely about overnight stays, then accommodation only is best for you. Whatever package it will be, you can use the wellness area for free independent of which arrangement you chose.

Cancellation fees overview:
Cancellation of your reservation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
From 14 to 8 days before arrival, 50% of the total price,
From 7 days before arrival up to the day before arrival, 90% of the total price,
On the day of arrival and in case of no-show, 100% of the total price,
will be charged as cancellation fees.
